Bothell-Lake Forrest Park partership?

I have heard over the last couple of days bits and pieces of some kind of training going on between Bothell and Lake Forrest Park PD.

I have also heard a new area designation as a "frank unit" on Bothell
talk group (20208)

Last night I heard this Frank unit do several traffic stops on Ballanger Way,that happens to be in Lake Forrest Park's juristdiction.

Does anyone know if there is a partnership between the two of them??
