I would try 155.655. Also look into programming in: 155.505.
The WSP has been putting up repeater sites around Washington, so you can hear the troopers from wherever they are.
Here in the Moses Lake area they have repeaters installed both outputs for Ephrata (155.505) and Wenatchee (154.935.) Sounds great!
