I know Ephrata and Wenatchee WSP freq's. Try 155.700 ( The old D.O.C. simplex) for car to car Ephrata. Don't have Wenatchee car to car. Seems nobody's using the 'State' (155.970), except have heard it termed as 'F-1'in Stevens pass. Repeated and linked into Everett Area. As for Spokane, recently as two weeks ago, 155.580 active simplex. Unknown car to car. Used to be State or Hoquim. The Monroe repearer for Everett Area drops around Index on SR2. There has got to be something. I wonder if WSP will go with D.O.T.'s radio system sometime in the future.
