Sno comm tac 1 beeps

tonight, tuesday, sno comm tac 1 is beeping every 31 seconds and all traffic has moved to tac 2.

is this a "tac 1 under maintenance" beacon??

I haven't listened to sno comm in about 3 months so i donno if this is new or old. what's going on?
