Canadian BC245?

Hello,

I am going to purchase the 245 xlt soon but was
wondering if there are non-cell-blocked versions
in Canada. Not terribly interested in monitoring
cell conversations (legal or not) but figured a
short drive might be worth it to have a bit more
functionality. IF so, does anyone have recommendations
for a place to buy one in the Vancouver area? Thanks!
