Can anyone confirm the flight following freq's for Salt Lk & Great Falls?
I have Seattle (can't hear SEA only the aircraft).

Not sure what you mean by 'flight following'. That's a term used to cover ATC and private tracking of flights, and could be on all sorts of frequencies. Which channels are you monitoring around Seattle?

"Flight Watch" is a standard ATC service. From the AIM:
(EFAS) EFAS (radio call “Flight Watch”) is a service
specifically designed to provide en route aircraft with
timely and meaningful weather advisories pertinent
to the type of flight intended, route of flight, and
altitude. In conjunction with this service, EFAS is
also a central collection and distribution point for
pilot reported weather information. EFAS... on a common frequency of 122.0 MHz.

I'm not exactly what I'm asking either, not to familiar with the air industry.
I've heard "Contact Salt Lake" for example, but I'm out of range from the tower, can only pick up the aircraft.
I'm 48.53'07.82"N 116.10'10.15"W

When they say "contact Salt Lake..." they will include "on 122.95" or something like that.
That is the freq they are being sent to.

It goes pretty fast, so you may need to put down the beer...

Better yet put that 250 in search and store mode 118.0 - 137.0 AM for a few hours and you'll have 90 % of the ATC stuff...and everything else around the station.

I just don't spend time in-doors.

The digital Terminal Procedures Publication (d -TPP)/Airport Diagrams
have the Approach, Departure, Tower, Ground, ATIS and other airport freqs.

You can find FAA air traffic control and Flight Service Station freqs on the Enroute Charts.

Low IFR Enroute charts L-1 and L-13 for Washington State.
Those charts are in files DELUS1.zip and DELUS13.zip.

High IFR Enroute chart H-1 for Washington State is in zip file DEHUS1.zip

Sectional charts also have frequency info.

Websites like flightaware.com, airnav.com, and landings.com have airport info as well.

I can "flight follow" aircraft along the Seattle-Spokane
paths on 127.05 and 128.45.
I've not been able to hear an eastbound aircraft on 128.45 at high altitude "read back" the next frequency that they have been "handed off" to.
The aircraft are probably too far east for me to hear but the freq is likely Salt Lake Center on 119.75.

VFR (Visual Flight Rules) Flight Following is a service that Air Route Traffic Control Centers may provide to non IFR flights if time and resources are available. Typically if you are on a VFR Flight and in Radar Contact they can provide Traffic and weather information, but it is not the same as an IFR flight where they guarantee traffic separation and instrument approaches. The same frequencies are used for IFR and VFR flight Following. Intercept Radio has a fairly complete list
