The digital Terminal Procedures Publication (d -TPP)/Airport Diagrams
have the Approach, Departure, Tower, Ground, ATIS and other airport freqs.

I can "flight follow" aircraft along the Seattle-Spokane
paths on 127.05 and 128.45.
I've not been able to hear an eastbound aircraft on 128.45 at high altitude "read back" the next frequency that they have been "handed off" to.
The aircraft are probably too far east for me to hear but the freq is likely Salt Lake Center on 119.75.
