Tim,
I have a Rat Shack pro51 also. If your scanner,s serial number ends with 4500 or later your out of luck.
Our friends at the "FCC" said that it was possible to modify the computer in the pro51.
So radio shack sent all of it's scanners back to the factory to have the 2,9,L/O feature removed. Sorry.
