Freqs for the new Federal Way PD?

I saw on the news today that Federal Way is no longer getting police service via king county PD and is starting their own departement. Does anyone know what frequencies they will be using? Are they really starting an entire PD from the ground up? That doesn't seem very cost effective to me. Also if you have any info on SeaTac PD and Des Moines PD that would be really great. I think SeaTac is actualy contracted out to KCPD but I don't know how they handle that.
