I have 6 scanners (indoor antennas) butted next to my monitor, two feet away from the tower plus two computer's 4 feet away. all the other scanners with-in 6' all ok.
Have you tried another monitor? Other than replacing the monitor. I dont think there is much you can do! (providing its the source) except move it to another room
Have you tried a power strip that attempts to Restrict EFI ?
You can try to wrap braided copper around the monitor cord (not power) and ground it. This is more likly where the EFI is coming from. Providing it's a EFI problem, but cheeper than replacing the monitor
