I was monitoring SPD's West Precinct tonight when a call came over the City Wide TG (3216) calling for a PSAP (Peace-Op as it was pronounced) on Battery street. West Dispatch then requested the David sector sargent to act as PDT Commander. The PSAP talkgroup was dead all night, and I heard nothing further. Any ideas what that means?
