I'm just giving ya a hard time dude... If you consider the number of people with scanners plus people with VHF ham gear, it wouldn't be difficult to at least localize where this is coming from. Its too bad everybody isn't organized to the point where you could get 20 or 30 people to invest a small amount of time apiece to monitor their repeater input, like maybe when they're driving to/from work or something. And by the way your 8200 is great for signal-tracking. I've used mine to find 3 pirate FM stations among other things. Pretty simple process - use the beam at home to get a heading, use the mobile antenna to get a little closer, put on the rubber antenna to get real close, and then take off the antenna to nail 'em.
