I agree with you fully Tony on why someone would do this...i mean WTF right?...whats the point? ummmm, none except comprimising public safety. Not funny. Is Scott laughing? No he cares about his community. The guys in the yellow vans? Well typically the FCC used to have three Vans with gear on them for triangulation...don't know if the feild office up here even has resources like that any more..FCC is headed now by Collin Powell's son...and no matter what your politics are..UMMMMM DOES THIS GUY REPRESENTS THE WANTS AND NEEDS OF THE RADIO COMMUNITY AT LARGE...or his and his fathers stock options or political agenda...This forumn isnt a soap box for me..I could care less about Dem/Repub....but who's interests are being tended to? Certainly not Scott's or his community...or the system that is being comprimized.....FCC is out spending all our tax an liscense money on absurd BS...You certainly won't read this in your fish wrap...but rest assured...the FCC is doing everything but fostering the Scanner/Ham Community. Or protecting non dig systems from assholes like the men and women on Peirce County West are struggling with...to protect us all.
