A weird one, 8.364 is mentioned in a few foreign lists for hailing, in US gov. lists this is simply SAR though. If you really want to pursue monitoring of little used HF emergency freq though, try 500 khz. This way you can also add your neighbor's garbage disposal to your log book (ex.)
