Aircraft emergency frequency

Isn't there an aircraft emergency channel similar to channel 16 for marine VHF? I seem to remember seeing both an HF channel and VHF air channel but I can't seem to find them now. Any ideas?

Second, I just realized Bellingham's tower frequency doesn't seem to be on the site. Anyone have that? I could look on a chart I suppose...
