: Thats a great idea...and your logic seems very sturdy, and it sounds like you really know your stuff...but again i have ask "Isn't there no way of knowing what kinda traffic is cascading through the infrastructure?...and if your provider is doing a great job of routing and just encounters problems when it dumps into the whole system, are they to blame?...and it either lets you go through and you get bogged up with ma bell...or you get stalled up in the towers that are trying (with many nodes open, and not full to capacity by any means) to direct traffic to it?
