I chose "major" to stay generic since I was trying to explain the
theory and not the specifics - hoped to avoid confusion with terms
like 'important' or 'primary' (and obviously it didn't quite work).
I apologize for the "across the system" - I knew better but didn't
think to word it clearly. And thanks for the added info about Seattle.
