There was a recent article concerning the Washington State Patrol and their reception problems and fines by OSHA, but wsp is not 800 trunked. I also believe that rural King county has problems with reception in east king county on the 800 system. I've heard Seattle police use the emer button and they do have many accidental activations so I'm sure spd has the emer capability.
