Sure. Here are the freqs used by news stations to talk to remote units, including choppers. Note: It is supposed to be illegal to listen to stations talking to their units, so be warned.

KING/5: 455.5125
You will hear the station as "K-I-N-G base" and the chopper is "SkyKing"
KIRO/7: 161.700
KOMO: ?
KIRO/KNWX radio: 450.6875, 161.640, 455.450
