I don't currently have a P25-2 capable scanner. It appears to me that SnoCOm has gone to digital. Can others confirm? Encrypted or open?

What makes you believe that SNOCOM has gone digital, in particular P25II?

Wow Snohomish Co went P25 II ???

Does this include Monroe?
Did they get new ID’s?
