:D Although not a train channel Sound Transit has a 6 watt repeater for Station operations at the Tacoma Terminal on 453.0875 (R) + (M).

That's used for LINK light rail in the downtown Tacoma area, 162.2pl IIRC.
The funny thing is that the repeater is located on a little utility-style cabinet on Commerce street, right on the sidewalk.
