Related: Island County has been using SPILLMAN for the last decade, . . . the (gps) AVL feature is handy, . . . and the MDT users can engage the unit status buttons from the touch screen.

Funny the things I just assumed everyone already had. Been this way in Norcom's area for quite some time, at least for career staffed units.
