What happened to WSP radio transmissions?

Routine patrol is digital, not encrypted, P25, if I'm not mistaken.
I successfully listen using the DSDPlus free software that I heard about right on this very blog.

Parts of the state have switched to a 700 Mhz Phase 2 system, simulcasting on the 'old' area channels in P25 (IMBE) conventional.

They're going district by district, with most districts still analog.

I have the 436hp digital can I just put in the vhf channels that went digital and it will pick it up in digital or sould I just put in the p2 for that arear of state
