Like new in box, a shiny new (hardly used) 536HP with box, cables, wireless dongle, power adapter, documentation, mounting hardware, etc.

This unit does not have the headphone jack issue. It comes with the 4GB MicroSD card restored back to factory. It's ready to go with the 1.03.03 firmware.

It's always been kept on my radio shelf and never installed mobile. It's super clean and like new.
