Sometimes I wonder.

I have a good friend that runs a tow truck. He had a problem with a trooper wanting accidents cleared ASAP and compromising safety, and not calling for the right equipment for the job. I think his boss must have had a talk with the Sargent because he said things had improved.

Years ago when I was on KCFPD 7 we never had an issue with that sort of thing, if the OIC said the word the road WAS shut down.
