Anyone have one laying around? Not to concerned about condition, as long as it hasn't been bricked with an Advanced System Key.

Thanks.

So I found an older MCS2000, 800MHz model I, unfortunately it's conventional only. The radio was free, so I'm not going to complain. Does anyone have the hardware (Smart RIB, etc) to flash this golden girl??? I'm assuming that this radio can be updated for trunking (smartzone / smartnet) operation, although I could be very wrong. I have the firmware CVN, just need to find someone with the gear to make it happen.

Thanks.

What happened to my 900mhz radio?

Oh wait, that was an MTS2000, correct?

Holy Jesus!!!! Are human beings actually able to remember that far into the past?
Yes, it was a 900MHz MTS2000. I have a shitload of UHF MT2000 portables. 100% working condition. Let me know if you want one, and I'll mail it off to you. Relatively clean units.... although no battery.
By no means state of the art, but still very usable (70cm ham band, general hackery).

You're one step above..... the remainder of my memory is fog and cotton balls. Who would've thought, one joint in college, and I didn't even inhale, and now this....... or maybe it was two joints???

Marcus for President!

I'd vote for you, if select Cheese as your running mate.
