What scanner are you using to listen to the system? This is a P25 system and you shouldn't need that info. Some of of the original P25 scanners (like the Uniden 296, 785, & 796 will not be able to track a VHF P25 system. I think the RS Pro96 was the same way.

Now seeing that you have the PRO-106, you shouldn't need the info you are asking for. Simple plug in the control channel and the scanner should do the rest. I don't have a 106 myself but I have the GRE-600 which is basically the same thing. I have IWIN in the system and it works just find. Make sure that you enter a wildcard TG for the system.

Now with that being said, almost all of the comms on this system are encrypted, so you probably won't hear anything anyway.
