Northgate, Seattle area:
152.3750 (D743) Match from the database. Caught the input (157.635). Traffic sounded like taxi but nothing to confir that it's Northend Cab
467.0625 (D025) Unknown shoe store; likely DSW
467.8750 (67.0) Might be Sports Authority, though I've previously confirmed them on 467.85, same PL.
467.8750 (100.0) Something needed to go to the back of the store to go to cold storage, and the other guy was at the service desk.
467.8750 (D172) Traffic not clear enough to decipher anything

South Lake Union, Seattle area:
461.2125 (D371) Traffic not clear enough to decipher anything; someone may have said "on channel 1"
461.3625 (179.9) Traffic not clear enough to decipher anything
462.5125 (D132) Traffic not clear enough to decipher anything
462.8125 (D243) Traffic not clear enough to decipher anything
464.5500 (67.0) Someone asked "Queen, correct?" and the reply from someone else was unintelligible
467.7875 (123.0) Unit 8 calling Unit 2 to inform them that room 2115 needed two paper cups
467.8750 (D315) Someone was asking if anyone on the 2nd floor. Male replied yes.
469.7000 Sounded like a P25 control channel coming in and out. A few people were talking in analog using D162; their transmissions were overpowered by the P25ish noise.

Downtown Seattle (near the Convention Center):
457.5375 (82.5) Constant carrier with PL. Male voice comes on occasionally, holding down button for extended period of time, saying "Electrics xx, (pause) go". During the time I was listening, the range went from 87.5 to 104; almost all the numbers announced were integers (only non-integers I heard were 87.5, 97.5, 97.7, 97.8). The number was always higher than the previous and there were no duplicates. Caught a few instances of something like "120 on the red". I'm thinking this is the special effects coordination channel for a theater. It may have been Wicked at the Paramount. Nothing relevant in the FCC database. Audio sample:

Sounds like lighting cues, what time of day was this? Seeing how some numbers were skipped those were are most likely "Follow cues" that are triggered after the previous cue, thus not requiring a verbal cue from the Stage Manager likely the voice on the recording.

Can't remember exactly; after 20:00 but before 22:00. Wicked started at 20:00. No numbers were skipped, but a couple were inserted out of sequence.

Industry Canada (IC) has recently approved the four LADD Channel Frequencies for Radio Licensing. Companies or individuals with only one or two radios no longer have to wait for a letter of permission from an existing radio channel holder in order to license their radios. Their radio supplier can apply with IC in their behalf for the use of 154,100Mhz (Ladd-1), 158.940Mhz (Ladd-2), 154.325Mhz (Ladd-3) and 173.370Mhz (Ladd-4) in their IC approved VHF radios. Larger companies may apply for a commercial (shared) channel frequency if they have many mobile vehicles needing to be dispatched from an office base station.

Caught the same thing back in April.

Recent acquisitions:

Green Mountain Coffee in Sumner:
451.4375 (CSQ)- Ch-1 Warehouse
456.4375 (CSQ)- Ch-2 Production (Plant supervisors, admin and security)
451.5125 (CSQ)- Ch-3 Roasting plant
456.5125 (CSQ)- Ch-4 Maintenance techs
451.7125 (CSQ)- Ch-5 Open channel, I think for chats

-----

Schnitzer Steel Recycling in Tacoma:
464.8875 (D143)- Ch-1 operations
464.3125 (D143)- Ch-2 Supervisors
464.7125 (D143)- Ch-3 operations
464.8125 (D143)- Ch-4 operations
464.9875 (D143)- Ch-5 operations
467.4125 (D143)- Ch-6 operations
467.1125 (D143)- CH-7 railcar movement

This is a weird one. I spent a long time trying to ascertain which channel is which, since person A would call person B on channel 3, B would answer on 6, and they'd carry on a conversation. In talking to one of their folks, it seems every radio is set up to scan continuously, with channel 2 set as a priority in the scan list.
-----
Birdseye Foods in Tacoma:
466.4375 (D043)- Ch-1 Maintenance
469.6625 (D043)- Ch-2
469.8875 (D043)- Ch-3
461.2875 (D043)- Ch-4 Security

This place went out of business circa 2010 or so, but they still have maintenance and security folks there 24/7 it seems.
-----

467.900 (D054)- Lakewood Town Center Cinemas
151.040 (151.4)- Unknown surveyors in Tacoma around the new I-5/SR16 interchange, probably WSDOT.

451.2375 D365 JC Penney Northgate Mall. Some time around 2008-2009 I noted this was Channel 2 on a 16 channel radio although various sources indicate it's Channel 1. No idea what they're using today, but it seems all employees carry a radio.
