What is going on on 146.940????? @5:27

Sounds like someone did a phone patch and didn't realize it. Never heard so much foul language on the ham bands.

Pretty funny though. 2 pissed off old men

It must be simplex because I monitor the freq. on my scanner and ain't picked up a thing. I live in north tacoma .

BTW I heard this back on Nov 6th.

I do believe it was a phone patch. No call signs were given at the end of the call and the cuss words were a flowin!

I assume that even during a phone call the same rules apply.

I was kinda shocked, since I always heard the HAM bands were pretty much "self policed" and most HAMS adhere to the guidelines.

I wasn't offended, I was shocked at first, then found it quite funny. I waited a few minutes after the call had ended and never heard anyone make a comment.

I didn't have my scanner audio input to the computer at the time. I wish I could have recorded it. I won't miss another opportunity!!!!

Its up on Mount Seymour north of Vancouver BC . They weren't swearing thats how we talk in Canada . @#$!!!#$ :wink:
