How many "operating" scanners do you have or use ?? How many do you use -- on a day to day basis. You can tell us how many total units you have as well --- but I would like to know how many scanners you use on a regular basis -- even if one is only for trunking and one for railroad or one for air. --I have two primary base/mobiles units, ( MS200 + PSR-400) and 3 portables, (HS200, Pro-95 and Pro106 digital).

I'm fortunate to get by with my VX-170 Yaesu.

Less is more for me.

Daily-
GRE PSR500

Mostly daily-
Sportcat 200

Occasionally-
Pro-94 with disc tap

I really need to rig up a holder in the car for the secondary, the Sportcat. Seems every freaking time I go somewhere, I see something going down...Going to the store? There goes a full response by two fire districts, zooming past. Going to the bank? Seems Puyallup PD has the whole area under containment after a strong-arm robbery.

EVERY. FREAKING. TIME.

Maybe I'll just get a mobile unit.

There are a ton of mods on the web for making the Micors into GMRS and Ham repeaters.

On a serious note, I am looking for schematics for the Rad Shack PRO-2001.

Anyone have this?
