Perhaps I just missed it, but I couldn't find a way to query the database for frequencies added or changed in the last 30 days or the like.

Is this possible?

Bring up the database you want to look at and hit the refresh icon at the top of the screen. It should show the updated database. If that doesn't work try deleting your
browser history. Hope that helps

It shouldn't be a big deal to add it in someday. Many years ago I put date fields in the database for this exact purpose but never implemented it because people weren't asking for it.
