This scanner will not do anything more than a conventional scanner on a GE system. It is not made for that and does not do anything different than what you apparently had. Uniden made the very intelligent choice to only tackle Motorola systems with the flagship since they are the most popular and by far the best designed... most GE systems I have had any dealing with are like second rate tin can and string systems -- technology in the most simple archaic and usless form.... these people who buy these multi thousand dollar systems must not have a clue as to the rabbiit in a treadmill system GE has stuck them with.
