I would really appreciate it if someone could e-mail me the rudimentary instructions for operating this scanner. How to program frequencies correctly, also how to use the "UP/DOWN" buttons. I'm mainly trying to pick up portable phones, so if those frequencies are constant among most phones I'd appreciate the info. Also how to manually make it scan somelike like 48.xxx to 49.xxx so I don't have to program in every frequency in between. Thanks! Christine, ck490@freenet.carleton.ca
