Mutual Aid radio channels. There are VHF and UHF frequencies, and
there is a trunked talk group that allows trunked radio systems such
as the City of Seattle/King County to patch into the MARS system.
Hopefully someone will know what the MARS talk group is - I can't
recall it offhand.
