Marine Channel 5A is used by the Puget Sound
Vessel Traffic Service north of a line drawn between Double Bluff and Foul Weather Bluff. It is used in the Stait of Juan de Fuca from Neah Bay inward and in the San Juan Islands; Rosario Strait. South of that line Channel 14 is used. A back up to those frequencies is Channel 13.
