In my records I have that listed as a US marshal svc. frequency. Is it possible that you're hearing Ft. Lewis or McChord AFB? E-mail me with the type (callsigns, etc) of traffic you hear and the times and I listen to that freq. more and see if I hear anything. Good luck.
