The 1996 edition of Police Call Plus Beyond Police Call lists these frequencies for Renton police:
155.25, 155.535 and 155.685.
Since "local" frequencies are sometimes used by the police, I'll list those shown for Renton:

You can pick up a copy of Police Call at Radio Shack. A new edition comes out early each year.
