As far as I'm concerned, people can post what they want within reason and its up to Marcus to lay down the law as to where the line is drawn.

As for law-enforcement I think we can all agree its not appropriate to say, for example, "For the last 3 days I've been monitoring SPD Narco watching the house at 123 Main Street and tailing some guy driving a purple Honda Civic with license plate 444WPS". Divulging communications that could potentially endanger an officer or expose a current investigation might be considered obstruction of justice.
