: : Heard the following on this frequency:

: : Unidentified helicopter with phone patch regarding "leaving Custer with 3 people, cross-country to Monroe and drop 2 off there, then we're on to Snohomish with one and we'll call you on the ground there around 1600"
: : Ground station Id'ed as "Roger, KOD 900 clear".
: : Any ideas on who this could be? I used to hear it about 10 years ago from Nanaimo and was surprised to still hear it in use today from the Comox Valley area. very strong signal into B.C..

: That is the Bonneville Power Administration. They also use 168.325, I once heard them call this the Blaine repeater.

: Matt

168.325 is the repeater input. The repeaters are UHF linked. One of the sites is by the north end of Lake Samish, this is probably the one your hearing in B.C.
