Hello!
Over the weekend I heard a WSP trooper (690) transportating another trooper (1116) to Ellensburg from Moses Lake to pick up the ADAT (sp??) car.
What exactly is this kind of vehicle? Then this afternoon I hear that trooper 998 was using the vehicle.
Any clues would be greatly appreciated.
