Well, I get my charts (NACO) from a pilot shop, but some scans of the NACO charts are available online at www.edj.net/cgi-bin/echoplate.pl. As long as you know what you are looking for, it works great. If you want a booklet of the charts for a whole region, they are available for something like $4.80 at www.sportys.com.
