Any idea if the publisher of Gary's Frequency Almanac -- Washington Master Edition -- is still around and if there is a more current version than the 1998 issue I have?

I sent a letter to the publisher, Robert Smith Publications, Vancouver, Washington and it came back stamped "Addressee Unknown."

I have found the book to be very useful, albeit currently a bit out of date.
