So far 3 of the "X-Ray" units I've heard are King County Police, one Enumclaw PD, and one Kirkland PD. Sounds to me like its a multi-agency DWI emphasis patrol, and I'd guess its to get drunk teenagers off the road because its the end of the school year and theres lots of parties this weekend.
