They have cut back in some areas and contracted out, although one wouldn't believe that around some terminals with a k-9 unit lurking. 160.260? has this been "re-farmed" or is it just a unknown user. Digital? not yet as the radios would have to be compatible with all of the other foreign road power that comes into town. BTW: talking to a UP radio tech recently, he relates that Motorola has become so expensive and proprietary on parts that they are beginning to experiment with Kenwood among others for radios at least for portibles.
