I would like to thank everyone for their response. My hope in posting
this message was to Alert everyone in the Pierce County Area so that one
of two things would happen.
1) The person doing this would be caught and procecuted.
or
2) The word would get out that people are aware of this abuse, and
that the person doing it might have enough sense to realize that
he or she better knock it off.
Obviousely, number one would be desirable. It really ticks me off when
someone does something like this, because it makes all of us look bad in
the Public's eye. This kind of behavior reminds me of the kind of crap
that use to occur on CB radio. (No offense to legitimate CB radio
enthusiasts.)
Although I appreciate the fact that many of you feel as I do, I do not
want to start a witch hunt. If this person is located, then the proper
authorities should be informed. I hope that this individual is not a
ham, lest the ham community find out and make an example of him. SAC
