I picked it up around 21:00. I heard KOL882 on 46.945 and that comes up as Enumclaw fire depatment(FCC ULS). I looked up Enumclaw FD in my Police Call book and there is an Enumclaw FD KOL882 but it is on 155.880. Another strange thing is that I can pick it up clearly on my PRO-64, and I can hardly get it on my PRO-2042 or BC100xlt. Any ideas?
: : I was searching through 40MHz and heard something new. It sounds like police. I was in the Edmonds/Mountlake Terrace area and heard it on 46.945, 47.47, 47.23, 47.27, and 46.945. Anybody know what this is? It doesn't sound local. Some of the people had a New York or Boston type accent.
