Most of the new cell phones are digital, it wouldn't do you any good!
you can lock on to(nextel)and if mobile you wouldn't be able to listen very long before it jumps to the next cell sight, its boring any way and not worth the trouble. You can get in a world of hurt if cought with a MOD scanner that post dates 1994 such as the 91.
