That's what it sounded like...is SNOCOM using CRT consoles for their radio stuff right now, or are they using the "older" push-button style?

: Turns out their console system had a hic-up. Channel to channel patches were enabled which also put SNOCOM fire traffic on the South Sheriff channel disrupting SNOPAC's communications. The only channel to remain operational was LERN. The cause is not known except it was a full moon. Since all console functions were frozen the fix was to reboot the system. Kinda sounds like a Windows 98 fix.
