I wish I could get GLHFS right about now. I'd love to get Chinese Radio's side on this too, unfortunately HF is SO freakin down due to THE MOST MASSIVE SOLAR ACTIVITY LIKE EVER...so it made me wonder...wonder if this incident wasnt timed so that the crew couldn't contact Chinese air-control on HF and request landing...and even if they could...China would have a very plausable reason for no contact...hmmm...because according to the Chinese we were not given permission to land, therefore subject to search&seisure. A very nice little loophole. The US crew was apparently (of course) using satcom to relay reports to US controllers...even while they were on the ground in Chinese territory apparently. Chris thats a great point you had in the ALLMYBASE thread on the board . The Pilot is missing...hmmm. Gosh if your a media watcher you'd think the US was being comprimized from within on a massive scale! And by many foreign entities! I had the same thought as your's after i heard the initial report. But heres another scenario...gawd this gettin pretty speculative and long winded...but what if the THE GOVERNMENT OF CHINA (Let me be clear on that, i'm talkin about the CNP), had ships off coast ready for the recovery of a 2 DOWNED PLANES and other recovery scenarios. Kamakazi intelligence op mission on the Chinese side? hmmmmmmmm...gawd this is so speculative.
