Rookie question--simulcasts

Hi,

I was wondering if in the King County trunking frequencies that are listed on this site, one will get the same talkgroup ID's whether one uses the EPSCA frequencies, Seattle frequencies, and the King County frequencies that are listed as "simulcast." I would assume so, but wanted to check.
